I have been to so many mechanics in where they pressure me into getting additional work done on my vehicle that day without properly explaining what needs to get done and why. The guys at Hudson did NOT do this. The man I spoke with, Lukas, was beyond kind and provided me with a document that listed all the work I’ll need to get done on my vehicle in the future ranking from most important to just maintenance. For someone who doesn’t know much about car maintenance, I felt well taken care of and informed. On top of getting my oil changed, I received a complimentary washed and vacuumed vehicle. Well done Hudson, you just gained another loyal customer. Much love!

Great experience, Graham was very attentive, did a proper rear differential oil change on our Mercedes SL. The workshop is clean and everything appears to be done the way it should. Thank you!Recommended.Update 2024-06-19Went for an AC only initially working service, almost conclusively diagnosed the issue at home using a code scanner to an internally collapsing low pressure side AC hose from the evaporator to the compressor, this was confirmed and quickly fixed. Matt the service technician was top notch informed, educated and equally skilled, impressed!

Just had our 2015 BMW Z4 inspection done with these great people. I was told by another service centre that work was required immediately.After further investigation Euro Fix explained everything in detail and in actual fact the car was fine. Great experience at Eurofix! Had some issues on my VW after Gold Key did some work on it and didn’t want to honor their warranty so I took my car to Eurofix and they took care of me! They were transparent and helped fix all my issues! Definitely will be going back for future mechanical needs!

Excellent service with extremely trustworthy staff. This was my second visit to them recently to get emissions upgraded on my 2018 328d. They ended up not needing everything that i was quoted for and giving me $250 off! They could have easily not told me that and i wouldn’t have known any different. I took my 2012 Dodge Journey into Hudson to have work done on it. I found them very professional and were able to fix and do everything that needed to be done. From the front counter to the mechanics, I found them very knowledgable and able to communicate exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be taking my car back into them when it needs work.

I took my bmw x5 to a couple of workshops for electrical problems and they couldn’t resolve the issue then I visited Euro fix and unbelievable they diagnosed the problem and they told me it was the FRM . I absolutely give them a lot props and I do definitely recommend anyone to visit them .Very decent and friendly staff

By far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The sales associate Graham was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and I never once felt like I was being misled or pressured into extra stuff that I didn’t need. Unfortunately, the warranty that I have didn’t cover the work that was needed, so they were able to split up the things that needed immediate repair and those that I could take care of at a later time, which was super helpful. I had just bought the car less than 2 weeks ago from a used car dealer, and Graham informed me that the repairs were actually a safety concern and should have been addressed before the car was even sold, so he was able to take pictures and document the damaged parts in order for me to provide evidence to support my complaint that I plan on filing against the dealer. Overall, an excellent experience, and at the end of the day the final price ended up being less than the initial quote, so that was super great, and it was a fraction of what it would have cost at the VW dealership. I plan on coming back to complete the other repairs when I’m able to, and I would definitely recommend Eurofix to anyone needing work done on their European vehicle. A+++++.

We were given the recommendation to call Hudson Auto to have some issues on our 2008 Ford f150 looked at. They got us into the shop within a couple days. We dealt with Lukas and his staff and they were great. Despite the snow storm they got our truck fixed quickly. They are honest, priced fairly, do great work and have unbelievable customer service. We would highly recommend them and will be bringing our truck back for any future maintenance needs.

The guys had a hard time finding a part for me because it was not in production anymore but with their efforts they were able to do this, and it came in a kit form, although I only needed at this time one piece of the kit because the other components were not worn out.Rather than the guys just go ahead and change everything at a significantly added cost, they saved me time and money by just installing the one part that was badly worn and we’ll keep the other parts on hand if diagnostic error messages come up requiring these parts.Ravi gave me a detailed account and sent photos to verify.Great place to have work done on your European models.

Since we bought a MINI COOPER in May of this year we have gone there 3 times.It was a used 2008 model and just to be on the safer side our first visit was for a full and comprehensive diagnostic. It went well and we were extremely happy about their service.Our second visit was for installing winter tires and still the same level of service and attention.Our last visit a week back was for an engine misfiring issue which came up all of a sudden and we had to replace spark plugs and ignition coils and a manifold. Even though it was unexpected and just at 70k kms the service was done pretty quickly and promptly.So far we have had only good experience at this place.

Getting a car repaired is never a good time but these folks treat you well and take care of the problem in short order..they took care of the aftermarket warranty, fixed the problem and washed and cleaned the vehicle..extremely pleased with the whole experience.

Audi was out of service warranty and was nervous looking for a mechanic to take care of the car. Audi was so unreasonable with their after service warranty cost. Looked up Audi repair Langley and found Euro Fix, what a find !!! Graham is so extremely professional and polite, explains everything in great detail. First time at EuroFix. Had a vacuum leak that I had taken somewhere else before EuroFix, and the other guys weren’t sure what part I needed to fix the issue. I had been waiting for a few days for the other guys to get back to me, to no avail. So I decided to come check out EuroFix in Willowbrook because I seen they are do work on Range Rovers. They got me in quickly, and took care of the vacuum leak without out having to order any new parts as my Range Rover didn’t neeeed any new parts. Thank you Ravi and the guys over at EuroFix. See you soon for a tune up! Highly recommended!

Had my vehicle sent here for replacement fuel pump . The did a great job and had my vehicle ready and cleaned ahead of promised schedule. They did the work , and billed my extended warranty provider secure drive billed and I was billed the deductible and cost.

After a recent accident I was trying to find a shop close to home that could take my car. Repeatedly, I was turned away because it would have to be towed in and would sit until it could be looked at, possibly for several weeks. Then I was referred to Euro Fix. Graham suggested I bring it in to see what the damage was, then provided me with a fantastic estimate, and I had my car back by the end of the week. I will not take it anywhere else now. I highly recommend Graham and the team for their great communication and fantastic service!

I have taken my Mercedes to Eorofix a couple times in the past year. Both times they did a full inspection to identify the problem, then gave me a quote for the work and parts. The work was completed quickly, and the final bill was never more than quoted. They even drove me home and picked me up! I definitely recommend this place.
